Analyzed signal timing, bus delay, and pedestrian crossing conditions at 58 downtown intersections and recommended transit signal priority.
The study was prepared with the City of Ridgeview and Ridge Transit. Its recommendations form the basis of the Downtown Transit Signal Priority project.
