Weekday daytime lane closures from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Route 17 bus stops at Elm Street and Cedar Road are temporarily relocated.

One lane in each direction of Harlan Avenue between Norfolk Street and Cedar Road will be closed on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning September 21, 2026. Two lanes in each direction will remain open outside those hours.
Temporary bus stop locations
- Elm Street northbound stop: moved 150 feet north, in front of 2240 Harlan Avenue
- Cedar Road southbound stop: moved to the far side of Cedar Road
