Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Authority's governing body. It adopts the budget, the Regional Transportation Plan, and the Transportation Improvement Program; awards contracts; and sets agency policy.

Regular schedule: Second Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. The Board typically does not meet in August.
Membership: Eight voting members appointed by member jurisdictions and one at-large public member, plus one non-voting ex officio member from the State Department of Transportation.
Authority: Established by the Authority's enabling legislation and Joint Powers Agreement (1987, amended 2014).
