Scope
- Corridor and area planning studies, including public engagement support
- Traffic operations analysis, signal timing, and safety analysis
- Conceptual and preliminary engineering through 30 percent design
- Environmental documentation support for Categorical Exclusions
- Travel demand model applications and data analysis
How to submit
- Proposals must be submitted electronically through the NRTA Vendor Portal by the due date and time.
- Late proposals will not be accepted.
- Cost proposals are submitted in a separate sealed file and opened only for firms ranked in the competitive range.
