Overnight Full Closure: Harlan Avenue at the Norfolk Street Rail Crossing

Harlan Avenue will be fully closed at the Norfolk Street rail crossing from 9:00 p.m. Friday, October 2 to 6:00 a.m. Sunday, October 4 for crossing panel replacement.

The detour will use Norfolk Street, Mill Road, and Cedar Road. Pedestrians will be escorted across the work zone. Ridge Transit Route 17 will detour and serve temporary stops on Mill Road.
