Amendment 3 adds two federally funded projects, revises the cost estimate for the Route 17 Corridor Improvement Project, and updates the financial constraint tables.
Recommendation: Recommend that the Board of Directors approve Amendment 3.
Item 6: 2026 Call for Projects: Draft Scoring Criteria

Staff will present draft scoring criteria for the Surface Transportation Block Grant and Transportation Alternatives set-aside funding cycle, including new weighting for safety and access to essential destinations.
